Introduction:

I have succeeded to solve the problem of the colorblind, to be able to obtain a lawfully valid driver's license. The solution is very simple, economic and sufficient to change the traffic laws, erasing the item that prohibits colorblind form obtaining a driver's license. I had protected this innovation at The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology/Egypt under patent application No.: 1994010054 "How to overcome colorblindness for drivers? " This leap in traffic laws had been presented as a free paper and accepted as a Poster presentation at four international conferences.

The Crime of the Academy:

The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology/Egypt after 5 years of studying the innovation, internationally non similar & non antecedent refused to give the grant of patent, claiming that it is very simple, to be considered as an innovation!!!. I am challenging the academy in front of Country Council Court, Case No. 8898/53/15/7/99. I am looking for International lawful and scientific patent committee help to study and judge this innovation, to see whether it is valuable for the future of the human being, to be considered as an Innovation, or its simplicity makes it anything else!
